The Workstar 860RHIB is from TT Boat Designs, well known for the Nelson launches as well as with considerable experience with other vessels, including RIBs. The 860R is an aluminium hull with a solid foam collar, inboard or outboard power and a variety of console and cabin options. The hull sides are carried up inside the flotation collar, giving additional strength and rigidity to the whole structure. This also gives more room inside the hull as the collars are D shaped, filled solid buoyancy.

This powerful and robust vessel has bottom plating of 6mm with topsides of 5mm and may be twin or single engined, depending on speed required and load to be carried.

The Workstar 860R is available as a fully built boat and as a flat pack of high definition plasma profiled aluminium, ready for assembly with or without the flotation collar.
