Hovercraft are truly amphibious. The
versatility of this
hovercraft makes it a multi role craft, at home on ice, snow,
tundra, mud, sand or water. Hovercraft
ambulances prove their worth in terrains which are too difficult for
road ambulances or boat ambulances, in hard to reach rescue locations,
for medical
evacuations
(Medivacs), as well as in civilian emergencies and floods. Similar help
and rescue services exist on the road for people with Aviva
car insurance or similar plans in the event of an emergency, but
there still remains the risk of being stuck somewhere roads don't
necessarily go to.
The
tough aluminium hull and all round rugged construction makes this
Dutch Health
Ambulance Hovercraft a
real lifesaver.
