Workstar 640

Workstar 640 Inboard Water Jet sea trials Holyhead Marine

This new Workstar 640 was launched at Holyhead Marine Services, Anglesey in 2003. Framing is in 4mm and 5mm 5083Al: the longitudinals are 4mm & 5mm 5083 and the hull plating is 4mm
topsides & 5mm bottom 5083.

The vessel is fitted with a Steyr 168hp lightweight inboard diesel and a Hamilton 241 water jet.
Steering is from a console amidships, with seating for four crew, space for a portable fire pump,
stretchers and a Jason's Cradle MOB.
